Join us for our Food Footprinting workshop and learn about the impact of food production on the environment. This workshop explains the overall context between agriculture and our global land use, and how to calculate the food footprint for individual dishes using simple tools on your laptop. Think of your favourite meal whose land footprint you would like to calculate and come by to gain practical insights on the impact of your nutrition on the environment. The session is organised by Béla and Luis, two students from the UWC Robert Bosch College. Please bring a laptop if possible. The event will be held in english.
